When plugged in, the LEDs of the FleetUp device should illuminate (see the diagram below), however, it is possible the vehicle On-Board Diagnostic port on the vehicle is not providing power. One possible reason is a blown fuse – refer to the vehicle manual. Please contact FleetUp Support at email@example.com or call 855-274-2886 option 3 for more information.
The LED lights on the ELD do not light up. What do I do?
