The Trip Detail Replay load time is affected by several factors:

1. Duration of the trip

Longer trips will require more time to load than shorter trips.

2. Internet Speed

Slow internet speed or a lot of users on the same network may slow down the load time of trip replays.

3. Browser

Internet Explorer and AOL are not optimized for FleetUp, try using Google Chrome instead.

4. Browsing cache

The browsing cache may be large or outdated, try emptying the browser cache.
