This problem only happens in Internet Explorer or AOL Browser. We recommend our clients to use Google Chrome for the best results.


To fix this vehicle not updating info problem, 


Go to Tools --> Internet Options --> General Tab --> Browsing History --> Settings


From the “Temporary Internet Files” Tab,  In "Check for newer versions of stored pages", select "Every time I visit the webpage".
