If the ELD is malfunctioning, a new ELD can be replaced free of charge, however, charges apply if the ELD is lost or damaged. Please refer to your contract for details. 

  1. Fill out the FleetUp Shipping Request form. Be sure to fill out both Company and Vehicle tabs.
  2. Send a request to shipping@fleetup.com with the FleetUp Shipping Request form attached.

A FleetUp Shipping Agent will respond and process the request within 24 hours. Packages are shipped to clients within 2 business days.
