If the ELD is malfunctioning, a new ELD can be replaced free of charge, however, charges apply if the ELD is lost or damaged. Please refer to your contract for details.
- Fill out the FleetUp Shipping Request form. Be sure to fill out both Company and Vehicle tabs.
- Send a request to email@example.com with the FleetUp Shipping Request form attached.
A FleetUp Shipping Agent will respond and process the request within 24 hours. Packages are shipped to clients within 2 business days.
